Textbooks: (to be used throughout the quarter; should purchase all four by the beginning of class) A half order only for all the books has been placed at the TESC Bookstore; they should arrive by the first week of class. This should be especially useful for students registering later or who are required to buy their books through our Bookstore. You should still rely on other sources for books as well.

Week 3 : Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold (If you have read this, especially more than once, you could read The River of the Mother of God, For the Health of the : Land, or Round River, also essays by Leopold.) If you do read another selection, you should still re-read “The Land Ethic” in Sand County Almanac.)
