Google Books recently added a collection of Linnaeus' works on natural history. (From the title page, each of these works appears to have been a dissertation written by one of Linnaeus' students. However, sholars credit Linnaeus with the ideas and writing contained in these dissertations.) "On the Police of Nature" appears on pages 129-165 of this collection.
