The question I found most relavent to the reading was how often conflicts between natural philosophy and Christian theology were resolved by the deletion, replacement, or revision of one or the other. Further, how often were two opposing interpretations synthesized into a new, third concept? Simply, did theological involvment into science and natural philosophy forcefully shape and control these concepts, or merely develop them one certain end?
