Mary Ordos
My skills include: Plant Id knowledge of many natives and ornamentally important plants. I am also familiar with Photoshop, AutoCAD, hand drawing with graphite, charcol and color pencils.
Conservation/environmental issues that interest me are: economic globalization (it's use and missuse), creating environmentally responsible places for humans, urban greening projects, encouraging others to "lower" standerds of living to be more compatible with the resources we actually have, forest management/conservation, water management.
I would like to increase my knowledge of mosses, ferns and lichens and to gain some different understandings about art.
I would like to visit the Seattle Art Museum and some of the nifty sites around Oly like the Japanese Garden or Seven Oars park.
My Hobbies are: cooking, hiking/walking, hanging out with my family esp. my younger siblings. I am looking forward to coaching rugby this year and being an adult leader for Catholic youth :)
