Three Blessings I did not do this assignment as I had done it in my past with one of my therapists. I wrote down my three blessings every night for over a week…and then something happened and I didn’t go back to it. I do not know why…I did notice an improvement in my sleep quality during that week. It was better. I slept more soundly. I also woke up in a better mood in the mornings, more refreshed, happier. I still do it mentally before falling asleep each night. When I wake up during the night worrying about something coming up, I mentally review all of my blessings and I fall back to sleep.For the friends that have come to me and asked me for help with their depression, one of the gems I give them are “the three blessings”. J
