Additional requirements for Winter (see below for additional requirements):

  1. Completion of a project proposal with treatment, production plan, budget, research, and schedule.
  2. Active participation in a Production Group with a weekly meeting requirement.
  3. Design and implementation of a Production Blog and web site (using Wordpress).
  4. Weekly updates from Production Groups on blogwebs.
  5. Two production blog posts each week that document your production progress
  6. A contribution to at least one other student's production as crew member or other role
  7. Self evaluation (written) of your work for first half of the program; Mid-program evaluation conference in Week 5
  8. Work-in-Progress Presentation in Week 10 (one hour max).

Requirements for Full Credit (ongoing)

1. Full participation in all class activities (this means no absences unless documented by a written excuse from a doctor).

2. Timely attendance at program events (this means no lateness will be tolerated in this program).

3. The completion of the following: exercises in sound design, directing, and experimental media (fall), a pre-production package for a year-long production, a collaborative film or digital video piece (fall), a personal website (winter), online production documentation (winter and spring), and an individual or collaborattive production of your design(winter and spring).

4. Periodic Conferences with faculty; a final evalution conference, and written self-evaluation. With the exception of spring quarter our schedule will be tailored to program needs for in-house conferences, reflection, assessment and evaluation.

5. Partial credit (without prior arrangement) or incompletes will not be available in this program.
