I feel that providing a non-emergency link to law enforcment to the residents of Grays Harbor will provide the community access to law enforcment in a possitive way. Often times residents only connect with law enforcment by way of an emergency or infraction of the law. When community members have access to mission statments it provides a possitive connection between law enfocement and the community. -Yodjam15
