Fall 2011 - Summer 2012 Academic Subjects/ Fields of Study

academic catalog coverMake the critical connections between academic subjects and study those subjects in a real-world context. As you explore areas of study, these interdisciplinary programs will provide you with connections and context. You'll be encouraged to learn theories and apply what you've learned to real-world issues, events or problems. Individual study, research and study abroad opportunities will add depth and enrich your education. Each program description explains the subjects covered, and possible careers or graduate programs you may consider.

In addition to the academic subject areas listed on this page, prospective freshmen can review Programs for Freshmen and prospective transfer students can review the intermediate and advanced level programs offered in each department or Thematic Planning Group. Part-time programs and individual courses offered through Evening and Weekend Studies make learning accessible, affordable and convenient.

These are just some of the areas you can study at Evergreen.
