Prerequisites

Previous metalworking and/or welding experience  (Introduction to Metalworking or equivalent) is required.

Description

This studio course presents the opportunity for intermediate to advanced work in metal fabrication as applied to furniture, lighting, and sculptural design. Contemporary artists' work will be investigated. Students will do drawings, build models, and complete a final project of their own design.
