Description
This course is will focus on ways for the manager or team leader to prepare a leadership action plan for advancing sustainability. The weekend intensive course will focus on four modules including; understanding modern frameworks for conceptualizing sustainability, setting a sustainability strategy that identifies where to start and how to translate intent into meaningful action, developing performance measures and assigning accountability for results, and exercising leadership to change a traditional work culture into a sustainable one.
