Description
This program is designed to introduce students to both written Arabic and basic conversational Arabic in order to provide the foundations for further study in the Arabic language. Students will learn Arabic script and basic grammar rules, expand their vocabulary, and practice conversational Arabic used in everyday encounters. They will also watch films, listen to music, and discuss cultural topics related to language use. This program prepares students for language-based area programs.
