Description
Students will learn about the legal system including sources of law, the framework of the U.S. court system, and legal considerations with the current economy. The class will explore intellectual property (trade secrets/patents) in business, the employer-employee relationship, contracts, and how to apply current law to popular conflicts. Reading assignments will be supplemented with presentations by legal professionals.Maximum Enrollment: 30
