Description
Hispanics are currently the largest ethnic minority population in the United States, projected to number 47.8 million in 2010 and to more than double by 2050. The U.S. now has the second largest Hispanic population of all countries and Hispanics will play a major role in the future of the United States. This program will draw on the history of Hispanics in the US and will focus on social, economic, and educational policy as a framework for best serving the needs of this population.
