Senior Seminar: Reflections on Becoming Educated

Description

If you are completing your Evergreen undergraduate work, wondering what comes next, and thinking about how you got where you are now, this course will give you time to reflect on your education. We will think about the connections between our academic work and its context, both to us as individuals and to our communities. We will meet to discuss common reading, to share reflections, and to write. Be prepared to share your “best work” with others, to comment on especially influential books, and to write multiple drafts of a summative self-evaluation. The final project will be a polished piece of reflective writing that may be included in your transcript.
