Description

We are leading and managing in times of complexity, ambiguity, and change that require a new and more integrated approach to management development.  This course is part of a year-long sequence of courses focusing on leadership, human capital, and organizational management.  Designed to help students gain fundamental knowledge and competencies to create sustainable organizations, this first course teaches students critical concepts and skills in leadership development through activities including self-evaluation questionnaires, cases, class activities, and team projects.
