Description

In an emerging global market where the full engagement of talented employees makes the difference between success and failure, Transformational Leadership is a business imperative.  Transformational leaders possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop human capital, motivate employees and teams, build leadership capability, and create organizations of meaning.  This course utilizes case studies, group activities and projects, seminars, videos, and leadership surveys to provide an integrative perspective on transformational leadership.
