This is an opportunity for a small number of advanced students with a strong background in one or a combination of the following: Latin American or postcolonial studies, feminist or gender studies, literature, creative writing, film studies, or critical race studies. Students with this background will participate in all of the activities and readings of the Latin American Women Writers program, but also be asked to complete longer and more in-depth assignments and a larger-scale project developed over the course of the quarter.
