We are leading and managing in times of complexity, ambiguity, and change that require a new and more integrated approach to management development.  This course is part of a year-long sequence of courses focusing on leadership, human capital, and organizational management.  Designed to help students gain fundamental knowledge and competencies to develop themselves as leaders with a mission to serve the common good, this course teaches students critical concepts and skills in leadership development through activities including cases, videos, class activities, and team projects.
