Taught by
Designed for intermediate to advanced art students, this course will focus on introductory painting techniques using a variety of media. It is highly recommended that students have previous experience with college level drawing courses. As a class, we will paint from observation using still lifes, the figure, and the landscape. Abstraction in contemporary painting will also be addressed. Class time will be devoted to studio work, presentations, demonstrations, and critiques.
