IMPORTANT STUFF :

--I am committed to seeing people and organizations develop in what has been called "humanistic" ways, i.e., toward more open, trusting, confronting, and fun environments. I consider this an uphill battle most of the time --for me, as well as others. To me, it's often a question of "Who takes the first risk?"

--I am committed to the integration of affective and cognitive modes of learning; the most impactful learning for me has been experiential.

--Last year at Evergreen was the most exciting year in my pro- fessional life. I'm looking forward to a different, but equally exciting one this year.

--My favorite book is The Little Prince, by de St. Exupery. And I'm an ardent ping pong player!
