Maskmaking
workshops:
students in Mexico: Art and Celebration will each construct two masks, using
their learning in the program to support their own individual visual expressiveness.
Both masks will be used also in performance work. The first mask will be
used improvisationally; the second will support the scripted plays for the
performance project.
A $15 fee will cover all materials needed for making both masks. Maskmaking workshops will be held in the Design Lab on the 4th floor of the Communications Building. If you have not previously used the Design Lab, you will have to read the study guide and pass a brief proficiency test. |
