Below is a PARTIAL answer to the Normalization problems. Notice Dealers is missing some links.  See if you can add the necessary links to the tables so Employee and Cars could link directly to Dealers. Also, what if we wanted to link Dealers to Customers.  One Dealer has many customers.  One Customer could go to Many dealers.  You would need to make a new table or link through another table. How would you do it? What if one employee could work for many Dealers?
