The first annual Seattle Farmer-Chef Connection begins the tradition of
creating and sustaining relationships between farmers, ranchers and buyers.
This day-long gathering is designed to foster collaboration and direct
marketing opportunities for local farmers, ranchers, chefs and retailers who
are committed to expanding and strengthening the local and seasonal food
networks. 

Features: 
Keynote by Deborah Madison,  Chef/Author of "Local Flavors" and other
cookbooks
Workshops on buying and selling direct for farmers and buyers.
A fabulous lunch made with local products by local chefs!
