Exciting day! Started by taking tickets and giving out programs. WAAAAHHH! Incredible presentation and workshop by Chungliang! It is amzing to watch him and feel his energy! Talk about float like a butterfly! He is so light on his feet, yet so centered and grounded at the same time. I LOVE THE CHICKEN DANCE!!! |
