Our syllabus will evolve as we develop projects and activities throughout the quarter. Check back often!

Class Meeting Times:

Week 1:

Monday:
Introductions of each other and our work (bring a sample of work to present). Discussion: The forms and meaning of media community. Individual conference sign ups.

Tuesday:
AM -Develop project goals and plans: pre-production, production schedules and budgets, and MRFs (due Monday of week 2). 11am-Drupal Workshop (with Amy Greene in the Mac Classroom)
PM -Brainstorm topic presentations and collaborative project for the quarter. Topic presentation sign-up, Quick Draw Animation Exercise.

Week 2:

Monday:
Project plans due, turn in MRFs. Collaborative project planning. Topic Presentation sign-up
Tuesday:
Individual Conferences.
Wednesday:
Individual Conferences

Week 3:

Tuesday:
AM- MML workshop intro to Max/MSP.
PM- Brief Presentation on Budgets. Film screening inspired by your project proposals. Collaborative Project updates/discussion.
