Cluster computing (data-intensive scalable computing) to search a large body of text and report some interesting result.

In week 8 we will have a lab on “map-reduce”, an algorithm template for data-intensive scalable computing. This is too late for you to get started on the technical aspects of this topic; so, if you are interested, you will need to work with Judy and Nik to complete the lab early, and then get started on your project!
