By popular request, on Tuesday of Thanksgiving week we will have a "Quantum Mechanics Review" session. Time will be from 1-2.30 (or so) and we will be in the same room as our lectures. If you plan to come (not required), please come prepared with questions.

Week 6: Pauling Award and Symposium will be held on Saturday, November 7th. Plan to attend.

Be sure to use the HOMEROOM (Lab II, 2247). It is a great resource for you to work with each other on homework.
We will have a second Quantum Mechanics Exam on Tuesday of Week 7 (9-12). If you have questions about your homework for that week, I am happy to answer them after the exam.

Week 3: The HOMEROOM (Lab II, 2247) will be available from Friday of Week 3. There is a key in the lock box so you can get in. Make sure that the room is used for academic work only and it is only for the use of AMR students. It is your responsibility to keep the room clean and keep the key safe in the lock box at all times. It is a great resource. Use it well.

We will do a short workshop on "life after graduation" on Tuesday of Week 7 from 10-11 a.m.
Week 1: Our first class meeting is on Monday of Week 1 (September 28th), at 9 a.m. in Lab II, 2207. All students, including part-time students must attend. The class is full and your absence will ensure your name being removed from the list.
Please bring some finger food to share at this meeting.
First meeting will include introductory remarks, introductions, schedule, program covenant etc. We also will have a quantum mechanics lecture that day.
