Greer and I intend to create a visually stunning experimental piece of mixed media showing our individual paths (thus far, and into the future)in the context of certain items and self-proclaimed talismans that have shaped our lives in ways that only time could foresee. These will include but not be limited to: favored childhood paraphernalia, food, articles of adornment, places of spiritual/sentimental value, etc. The piece will center around a ritual invoking the elements of these items from the murky depths of a cauldron.
Week 5: Obtain costumes/props/reserve equipment for production/begin to devise audio
Week 6: Illustrate background images/collage/create audio/shoot in photo studio + CCAM(?)
Week 7: Post prouduction/add titles + sound
We will acquire our media via Vixia cameras, hand-drawn illustration, collage, and some possible ‘werk’ with CG; our time in the studio should only be a small portion of this project.
