In the letterpress section of the program, all students will have the opporunity for a brief flirtation with metal type and printing.
Those who are taken with the process can pursue 1-2 projects in the studio. Some additional short tasks and readings will be assigned to help students gather basic skills and knowledge necessary for a rich engagment with the art of printing type.
