    Here are the three files for the forms you need to apply. The application materials consists of three parts, an application, a project proposal, and a proposed syllabus to give you an idea of what to expect. It is not a difficult process at all, it just requires you to introduce yourself and  give me (the faculty) information that can help me put together a better class.

    Click on each one to get the 3 forms:

    APPLICATION •    PROJECT PROPOSAL •    Proposed Syllabus

    After you complete the two you need to send me (the Application and the Project Proposal), send them to my Evergreen email (arielg) using the words ARTS in NY APPLICATION in the subject heading. You can also print them out and bring them to my mailbox in the SEM II CLuster Support.
