While this Wikipedia is an online-format we have the unique position of also having a physical space for our community. Interactions over the internet can have very different tones and rules since it is a form of non-verbal communication

Social networking sites such as Facebook allow the users to show emotion through things such as "liking" or emoticons . . is this something we would like to utilize?

What guidelines or rules do we feel we should have as a community?

How should our Wikipedia be governed?

While there is an administrator; in actuality we all have the ability to edit and change what others do; should we? Who has the right to decide what happens and what remains the same?

Are any rules enforceable or should guidelines remain informal?

Is a democracy possible on this Wikipedia? Who should be allowed to vote? Only those who log on or make contributions? Are there members of our online community who are not active (I believe the answer is yes)
