Interests
- Cooking
- I cook every chance I get. I specialize at breakfast foods and baking. There's nothing I love more than seeing people enjoy the food I have made.
- DIY projects
- Do it yourself projects take up a lot of my time. Anything from hacking an electronic and wiring it to preform different tasks to making a valve pressure air cannon.
- Creative writing
- I write a lot of short stories and on the rare occasion I might write a poem or two. I'm not too artistic when it comes to drawing or painting, so I usually "express" myself through my writing.
- Video games
- I'm a nerd. I play all types of video games, although I'm not too keen on playing Online. Video games for me is a way to get away from everything, so getting Online and playing with other people kind of defeats the purpose of that.
- Martial Arts
- I've taken over six years of martial arts and I find that many different stlyes have their own beauty. I am currently learning Nan Quan, which is a Southern Chinese style that focuses more on the arms and full body techniques instead of high kicks and aerial attacks.
- Biking
- I own a bmx bike that I enjoy riding around town on. I also have a Specialized road bike (it's not a fix gear). I try to ride at least 100 miles a week (roughly 15 miles every day).
- Astronomy
- The universe has always been an interest of mine. I won't go into this at all because if I do, I probably won't stop typing.
Career Goals
- I (hopefully) plan on becoming a storyboard writer for a video game company. I figured I would mix my love of creative writing and video games. Before I chose this career goal I wanted to be a chef, this fell through though as cooking is more of a relaxing hobby for me. Before that, I wanted to be an English teacher, this didn't go to well as I'm horrible at vocally explaining things. Before that, I wanted to be an astronaut, but who could blame me, I was five.
