It is no secret that America lacks community values, and the need for more involved communities is prevalent. This idea of fixing the community problem, or the sort of community that will replace our current dysfunctional communities is called the new community. In "New Community Networks" the new community is often brought up with all the attributes of a successful community. It is the shining example that with hope will begin to become a reality.
