Films:

Two films per week will be screened at home.  There will be no required screenings during the first week of classes.  If you want to get a jump on the second week, we will begin with Birth of a Nation (D.W. Griffiths) on Monday, Jan. 10 and Gone With the Wind on Wednesday, Jan. 12.  Films must be screened before the class when they are assigned.
