            5.  Draw a graph of a function.  Why is it a function?
            6.  The outside temperature for April 15 is a function of the hour of the day.  Express this using function notation
            7.  What is the practical range for #6 above?
            8.  What is the domain for #6 above?
            9.  Draw a graph for the following.  I win the lottery and get 2 million dollars.  By the next year I spend all but 1 million.  Over the next 2 years I spend the remaining million, then I am broke for 3 years.  I get a job and make 30,000 the following year.
          10.  Find the equation of a line that goes through points (1,5) and (4,3)
           11.  Draw a quick graph of  y = 1/3x – 1
           12.  How do you find the average rate of change between 2 points?
           13.  A linear function goes through point (4,5) and has a y intercept of 1.  What is the slope?  What is the equation for the line?
           14.  Solve:    .4(-2)-3+(-.6)/2+3(-1) – 1
           15.  Truck licenses in a state have 2 numbers followed by 4 letters.  How many trucks can be licensed in this state?
           16.  How many trucks in #15 could have licenses with a vowel at the beginning and end of the 4 letters and start with the number 2 or 4?
