1. Translate the first 7 poems of Lustra into 4 line, six-words-per-line poems. Consider this the follow through, on Pound's behalf, of his dictums toward compression.

2. Transmute Pound (of Cathay) into Beckett (after The End) through a 5 or 7 piece sequence.

Begin with Jolas's Workshop (in Imagining Language), the 2 full paragraphs on page ___ .

1. Translate under lipogrammatic constraint: no "e"

2. Translate into poetic lines instead of sentences/paragraphs.

OR do both at once.
