[edit] Problem
Negative outlook. Lack of confidence. Lack of Positivity. Sarcasm. Lack of Hope.
[edit] Context
Someone suffering from bad Attitude, Depression, lack of Motivation
[edit] Discussion
Sometimes people have a bad Attitude. Some people lack confidence that they can complete their project. Others are dark, gloomy, or simply mean and sarcastic. Some people lack Focus, or are Apathetic or Burnt-out. Most of the time it is only bad attitudes that have a negative effect on the project. After all, no one ever complains about a good attitude. Its fair to say that everyone has a bad day every now and then. A project member with a persistent negative outlook of the project can threaten the projects success. The most effective way to resolve is to open up good communication channels and sway the individual back on to the project path and a good attitude. Sometimes the only solution is to replace or remove that person from the project. But from a constructive viewpoint, working together despite personal battles is a better choice.
[edit] Solution
A positive work environment. Plenty of rest. Proper diet. Ample leisure time. Positive Motivation. Examine tasks to be done as soon as they are assigned so you can better plan their completion and possibly make them seem less daunting.
