In the DVD Studio Pro workshop you will be asked to design and build a dvd reel of your work. While you are all working on projects now that are not finished, this is an opportunity to begin a professional looking reel that you can add to later.
Prepare these things for the workshop:
Still images in Photoshop or jpg digital file formats that you could use in the design of your dvd menu.
Uncompressed clips of your current work, no longer than 1 minute each. For purposes of experimenting and testing which compressor algorithms work best with your footage, you could bring a variety of clips that have features such as fades in or out, fast motion, text, strong lighting, animation.
Uncompressed quicktime movies of completed work, up to 5 minutes long.
You can upload these elements to your folder on Nimrod for access during the workshop.
