The Red Square Project was developed by request of the Academic Deans and Provost office as a one-year pilot to try increasing communication between Evergreen faculty who are planning curriculum, looking for teaching partners or who just want to discuss ideas around teaching and the curriculum. This is for faculty who are looking to reduce the email barrage and target messages that are relevant to their teaching needs.

Since the inception, the tool has expanded in function and now provides faculty with the opportunity to share documents and attachments and form separate public, private and hidden work groups.  This workshop will review the built-in functionality as well as collect ideas on how it could be improved to meet the collaborative needs of the faculty.
