Identification:
Head has irregular, parallel frontal furrows; palpi with broadly truncate terminal segment; antennae with first four segments glabrous; hind wings completely reduced; shoulders obliterated; elytra fused; elytra with set of finely punctate or virtually impunctate stria; elytra with row of four or more punctures along side margin, subhumeral fovea not present.
Range:
Contains a single species; North America.
