February 19, 2006 Lesson Plan: "Impression Stepping Stones"
HEAT program room 1037, Lab 1
Going to make stepping stones with the children with quik-crete and various outdoor elements. Also will have sea shells to put embossments and flat marbles to add some color. Painting afterwards is optional.
Materials:
-containers for the quik-crete, quik-crete and water
-sea shell, twigs, leaves, and any other elements that can be stuck into the molds
-flat marbles and paint/food coloring for decorating
-Lots of eager kids wanting to have fun
