Forgiveness  I spent quite some time trying to come up with some one that had hurt me and needed forgiving. I couldn’t, I don’t know if its because I don’t hold on to stuff or I have great people in my life all I know is I could not think of a single person that needed to be forgiven.

My EMP experience was really great. I was very optimistic even before the field trip had even started. I had been to the EMP before but it had been quite awhile since I had gone.  Which made this trip seem almost new. I started the day off by getting up and looking outside to see what the weather looked like and to see if I needed a jacket, I couldn’t tell by just stepping outside so I checked the weather report and it said it would be sunny and warm, so I went with a semi warm outfit of a vest and long sleeved shirt. Then I headed to Starbucks to get my day kick started.                          From Starbucks I headed strait to school, I got there just as every one was starting to decide where they were going to sit, I jumped on it and got in the back of the bigger van with the majority of the class.

A beautiful day  When I started this assignment the first thing I did was think about what would my percent beautiful day actually entail. After thinking about it long and hard I decided it would be just about anything with my girlfriend. My day started off with sleeping in late with my girlfriend, reading, talk and hanging out in bed till we wanted to get out of bed.  Then we went and had a huge breakfast in a nice restaurant, the works eggs, bacon and hash browns. After breakfast we spent the afternoon on a drive around the Olympia cost and outer laying areas one of the nicest drives I’ve done in the awhile.

The Resilient Factor  The Resilience factor was a very “as long as you do what we say you will be a better person” book. Which isn’t  necessarily a bad thing it’s just not my forte. It was well laid out and easily to fallow but a little too hooky for me. The beginning of the book goes over some of material that will be presented in the book and reviews past ideas and theories that have lead to the resilience theory. The first chapter goes over their process and defining what resilience is, which Includes “ABC”s, avoiding thinking traps, detecting Icebergs, challenging beliefs, putting it in perspective and calming and focusing.

Gratitude letter Makenna, we have been together for close to five years now, the happiest five years I can remember. Before we where together I was struggling with many aspects of life, depression, bad relationships, and poor self-confidence. Then I found you. Over the years I have been able to understand so much about myself because of you. As well as truly appreciate what it is to be with some one as profoundly caring, loving and understanding as you. You have always been there for me through the hard times when I was struggling to find my self, till now when I am fallowing my passions and enjoying life to the fullest.
