Thanks for sharing your story about your ice-berg belief of having to be perfect to be loveable. I'm glad I'm not the only one with crazy thoughts like that! Isn't it funny how we tend to focus on the one or two things that go wrong when a whole lot more things are great. It goes back to what Mark was saying about bad being stronger than good. I'm glad The Resilience Factor helped you uncover some of your negative thoughts. It's so satisfying to have a revelation like that!
