Even though you didn't always have time to write your three blessings down, I like the fact that just thinking about them lifted your mood. It just goes to show how important thinking is - you can think yourself into a good or bad mood. You helped me realize that this activity can be done any time during the day, not just before bed. Taking a moment to reflect on what's good in our lives is a tool we can use to de-stress and regain hope whenever we need it. With your kind of positive attitude, I know you'll do fantastic on your interview!
