I just want to say that it was healing for me to read your letter. Having connected on the car rides during the field trip I see a lot of similarites between you and I; though your letter really speaks to the overall human condition I really resonated with that part about how you simply will never be a betsy and that sentence about blasting into heaven all banged up- Youre a true F---in writer. For myself, though I clearly haven't explored many avenues that you have (gathered from our conversations) I am definetly on a very indepedent path, that not many people my age are interested in. I will always remember a quote by my H.S. African-American Psychology teacher Mr. Mcknight- "the process of liberation is often a very lonely process". That really speaks to me.
In that same vein I want to tell you that I really respect you, for taking the paths less traversed and continually being a seeker of truth. It takes so much guts in this life to listen to that inner guide. Clearly your higher self is very tapped into the wisdom mind.
So thanks for being so authentic and honest. You inspire me.
