This post is the kind that personifies honesty and thoughtfullness.
I would also like to thank you for the advice you gave in our theories of personality class, you suggested that when talking to, or greeting someone to "look them in the eyes and smile". Well I don't always smile but being as I see people for about less then 30 seconds at my job I had gotten into the habit of (not even looking at them sometimes). I have now been actively reversing that by looking people in the eyes while greeting or talking to them and it has added a feeling of genuineness and thoughtfulness that has been lacking recently.
