Hi Lacey, I really enjoyed reading about your poetry journal. What a great idea. I like to write poems too, because sometimes I find journal entries are too linear for issues that carry a lot of emotions behind them. Reading this reminded me that I, too, have overcome a lot. What a great way to reflect on the past with a mind to seeing a more realistic present.
I also really love the story of the necklace. Thanks for sharing it! I think this woman is very lucky to have you in her life too!
