It’s great that you’re using your strengths to increase satisfaction at work and finding ways to strengthen your personal relationships. I love the way many of the techniques we read about can be directly applied to our lives. It’s also good to hear that you’re becoming more open to the idea of religion and how it’s “genuinely helpful” for increasing the happiness in the lives of others. Sometimes the things people do can be helpful for less obvious reasons than we might initially think. What’s important is finding the things that are most helpful for you. Your summary of the Compton reading was very well thought out. Nice job!
