that was very kind of you. It took a long time and effort. I have moved many people over the years and I know how much it takes! There is one that really stands out and interestingly enough it was the hardest one and the one that took the longest (8 hours!). I wonder if there is a correlation between the amount of effert it takes to do a good deed and the amount of positive feelings! I thought it was interesting that when you think about it it brings a smile to your face. That seems to show, once again, that giving to others is also a way to give to ourselves!
