I hear ya loud and clear! So awesome that you were able to go riding: pain and all. It’s hard to juggle it all, but it’s also hard to put ourselves first. I too have a hectic schedule of work and school and what works for me as far as curbing the guilt of being out of reach, is just letting everybody know what’s going on.
